Seth Lovis, Managing Partner
Seth founded Seth Lovis & Co Solicitors in 2000, in which short time the firm has grown to over 30 staff today.
His specialist fields of law include personal injury, industrial disease litigation, product liability and commercial litigation. Seth has handled many prominent, multi-million pound cases, including cases at the House of Lords. He is a member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers).
Outside of work, Seth enjoys good food and wine, and playing football with his two young sons.
Gavin Hughes, Senior Partner
Gavin joined Seth Lovis & Co shortly after the firm was founded, having worked with Seth at a previous firm.
Gavin's specialist legal areas are personal injury and occupational disease, with many years experience of successfully prosecuting personal injury claims and advising major insurance companies. He is a member of The Law Society Personal Injury Panel and also APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers).
Outside of work Gavin enjoys squash (ex. County League player), running (intending to better his 3:26 for the London Marathon) and is a beleaguered Leeds United supporter.
Jonathan Tyler, Senior Partner
Jonathan also joined the firm shortly after it was founded, having previously worked at a medium sized commercial practice in the West End.
He specialisies in Commercial Litigation and Property Litigation, having extensive experience in both disciplines.
Outside of work Jonathan has hung up the rugby boots but remains a keen supporter. He still enjoys cricket and golf during the summer months. Despite results he remains an optimistic Luton Town FC supporter.
