Employment Contracts & Service Agreements
Employers are bound to provide a "written statement of particulars" to employees within eight weeks of their starting employment. However you may want to agree other terms with employees in which case it is better to enter into an Employment Contract (signed by both parties).
You will generally enter into a Service Agreement with your senior executives, in order to agree the more elaborate clauses required.
