Most renewals of business leases proceed by agreement but when the parties are in dispute over either the tenant's entitlement to a new lease or the terms of the new lease (for instance, the amount of rent), the court will need to determine those issues.

Working closely with the Commercial Property Department, surveyors and other experts, our Property Litigation team will manage the litigation process from commencement of court proceedings, through applications for interim rent, to the final hearing.
